AZ LEOS AGING SAFELY is a program designed to help meet the needs of our aging population throughout Arizona.
GOALS:
1. To create affordable housing and relocation policies for seniors in our cities through participation in MAG (Maricopa Association of Governments), specifically working with the Aging in Place /Age Friendly network.
2. Provide training and education for our seniors working through local AZ law enforcement agencies and human services non profits and city governments.
3. Assist seniors in need of assistance through fundraisers for programs helping with relocation, beat the heat, food drives, and holiday drives.
4. Work with non profits such as DUET to help our seniors.
