Arizona LEOS was delighted to take part of this great event city wide event on August 5th, as part of our Project Blue Back to School program, along with other great agencies. I just want to thank the Scottsdale Lions Clubs for coming out to vision screen all the kids, MCCCD PD for coming out to spend time with the kids and do community policing, Rio Salado Community College for working with Delta Dental on Toothbrushes and Toothpaste kits, the Scottsdale Active 20/30 club for helping AZ LEOS with a grant for the event, and Jane D’Amelio with RIGHT TOYOTA/HONDA for sponsoring the event through AZ LEOS, and to the Exchange Club of Scottsdale for donating to help the kids at Family Promise AZ for their After Care program and for spending all morning volunteering at the event! Thank you to all and to all the volunteers who donated their time to be at the event on August 5th at Scottsdale Stadium. It was a long but fulfilling and fun day!

Thank you to AZLEOS sponsors and volunteers and to Cooper Merrill our “sock goddess” for making this event successful!
Thank you to the City of Scottsdale and SUSD for putting this event on for the past 40 years. Here are all of the sponsors for the entire event this year! It is truly a community effort for something like this to happen and 800+ kids get clothes and school supplies and the opportunity to interact positively with cops and learn about college and get their eyes and teeth screened! Congrats to all on a great job!

Thank you to Jersey Mikes and Chick-fil-a for providing free food for our volunteers! We were starving!
